While there was a bump with my account, the staff helped fix everything and they truly demonstrated a type of hands on care that admittedly, companies like TLO lack.I have nothing but respect and positive things to say about this company. Opmerkingen: I would say using Tracers has been great. Still, the best program, and I am being picky as I am 99% satisfied with the entire program. The program is adding features all the time so It would not surprise me to see the AI continue to get better. for example, if there is a court record a link to that record would make the search easier. I would like to see more direct access to the material it locates. The staff understood it quickly and can grab the reports for me. I don't know what we would do without it and you can track and charge it by the case making it a recoverable expense. you can do a surface barebone search or an in-depth search that will include local neighbors, local family, work, criminal, bankruptcy, judgments, liens, etc. It is easy to use and you can negotiate a package price to meet your budget. This is a superb program we use consistently to locate parties, witnesses, assets, or other litigation-related needs. I will continue to subscribe at the negotiated package price. I have not struck out yet on finding someone or learning what I considered critical or necessary information and not some random information anyone can find using google. So I’m not entirely sure what to do there either lol.Opmerkingen: Great. My TransUnion score should actually be (if myFICO simulator is somewhat accurate) around 671. Despite me telling her that I was having problems with TransUnion right now. I applied for the card via the welcome call, who basically urged me to. And the second lady I spoke to, basically said my initial limit will be the max they give me until 6 months have passed and recon probably wouldn’t work, but that she would do it if I wanted. I stated I only wanted to recon my starting limit, not ask for an increase. I called twice to recon, the first woman literally told me they were going to re-pull my TransUnion and I was like.why? I literally just applied for this card yesterday. In regards to NFCU, I had kind of a mixed experience there. Surely 4 different banks couldn’t all be making the exact same mistake? And they all ended up blaming the creditors. Yeah I was wagering I needed to wait until after the holidays to hopefully try and get a supervisor who could look closer at my profile as the other people were literally just walking in circles the entire time I talked to them. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance. I’m not really sure what’s going on, or even what to do at this point, but I do believe that it will hurt me in the long run if I can’t get it fixed somehow. They have accurately reported the Savor card. What’s even more mind blowing, is that I have two accounts with Cap1, a Savor card and a QS. Asked for a supervisor, was told they have no supervisor currently I guess due to holidays. I’ve called them, all 3 of the people I spoke to were foreign, and blamed my creditors, which can’t be the case because my experian and Equifax are both accurately reported, and they are all different banks. They still show as having a balance, and no payment history marked for November or December. They show that the “balance” updated was in November, but I’m not entirely sure that is accurate either now, because my cards, all but one, are at a 0 balance now, and they weren’t then. The last payments they’ve added were in October. They are not showing payment history for November or December. I have 5 accounts reporting to all 3 CRAs and TransUnion is behind by 2 months, about to go on 3 in January on 4 out of the 5 accounts. I’m having a particular problem with TransUnion and after trying for the last 3 days, can’t seem to get them to understand that something is wrong on their end.
